Miraflores is a prestigious urbanisation off the coast road between Fuengirola and Marbella. The development is a 5–minute drive from the main road in a quiet peaceful setting overlooking the 6th hole of the well–known Miraflores golf course.
The bars, restaurants and supermarket in Riviera are under a 5–minute drive away. The sandy beaches of La Cala and Cabopino are less than 10 minutes away. The beaches, restaurants and nightlife of Fuengirola are a 15–minute drive, and the famous resort of Marbella/Puerto Banus is only 20 minutes away.

- The apartment is on the first floor with underground parking and lift access to front door.
- 2 twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has en–suite facilities. The en–suite bathroom contains a bath, shower, hand basin, bidet, and toilet.
- Second bathroom: shower cubicle, toilet, hand basin.
- Lounge/Dining Room: the dining area seats 6, the lounge is equipped with Sky TV, DVD and CD Player. Patio door leads to large balcony with patio table, chairs and umbrella.
- Kitchen: fully fitted with fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, iron and equipped with all cooking and eating utensils.
- Outside: communal gardens with swimming pool (unsupervised).
- General: maid service. Bed linen and towels are provided.

These prices are per week for the apartment.
A 25% deposit or a minimum of £100 is required at the time of booking and the balance payable 8 weeks in advance of your holiday, together with a £100 returnable security deposit.
The apartment sleeps a maximum of 4 people and is offered on a weekly (or more) basis, normally Saturday to Saturday, but midweek bookings can be accommodated.
