Description

This 2–bedroom apartment (1 double bed and 2 singles) is situated on the beach with fantastic views of the sea.

The apartment contains:

• 2 bedrooms (double room and twin room),
• a bathroom with shower and 2 sink bowls;
• a lounge with radio/CD/cassette player, colour TV, video player;
• fully fitted kitchen including a washing machine, a cooker, a microwave, iron and board, and a fridge/freezer;
• communal pool area.

Cutlery, crockery, and cooking utensils are provided.

No animals are permitted in the apartment.

Location

Fantastic panoramic sea views of the Mediterranean and right on a natural beach. You can go walking in either direction — 15–20 minutes to Calahonda or 30–40 minutes to La Cala, a very popular village with a market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Also many other markets in nearby Fuengirola and Marbella plus other towns. Regular, cheap bus service to all locations along the Costa del Sol or main train station at nearby Fuengirola.

Easily accessible from Málaga airport by car (30 mins and following one main road: N340/A7) or take the regular train from Málaga airport to Fuengirola — cost approx €2–3 (30 mins) then local bus towards Marbella — cost approx €1–2 (15–20 mins) or taxi from airport — cost approx €45–55.

The apartment is on the second floor, accessible by lift or stairs.

Things to Do

Enjoy the fantastic sea view when drinking or eating at the popular on–site Garden Bar which is open every day except Wednesday from 9.30 to 12 midnight or until customers leave! The Garden Bar also holds an outdoor barbecue with live entertainment in the gardens on alternate Tuesday evenings throughout summer months. Excellent English food at very reasonable prices.

Within easy walking distance: 2 good supermarkets within 10 minutes or several others within 20 minutes (only 5 minutes by car) including Lidl at Calahonda.

Crazy golf also within 15 minutes and many restaurants/bars within easy walking or use the beach cafés and restaurants within 10 minutes in either direction. Or why not just relax at the complex meeting new friends?
